Another option is to borrow money from people you know. The final option is, to begin with, a small personal investment of yours. Any of these are viable options, but you must be prepared to deal with the ramifications of your decision.

I am a firm believer in teamwork, in which you collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds and perspectives to learn a variety of skills. One of the most difficult aspects is finding the best employees. You can promote your hiring via LinkedIn and other social media accounts.
