The program would cover the core concepts of entrepreneurship through a unique and innovative model designed specifically for school students. The students will learn through experience, real-life case studies, and interaction with successful entrepreneurs.

Eligibility: Grade VI – Grade XII

Description:

Explore the core concepts of entrepreneurship through a unique and innovative model designed specifically for school students. The students will learn through fun-filled activities and quizzes, real-life case studies, and interaction with successful entrepreneurs.

Introduction to Entrepreneurship

As part of the introductory session, the students will be initiated on the basic entrepreneurial topics and terminologies such as ‘Who is an Entrepreneur?’, ‘Types of Entrepreneurship’,’Types of Innovation’, ‘Introduction to Case Studies’, ‘Entrepreneurial Sectors’.

The students will also be given a fair understanding of how to make the best out of the course – Young Entrepreneurs Classroom.

Idea Generation & Evaluation

In this part of the course, the students will be taught how to come with a business idea and how to evaluate the competency of the idea. Because we believe that one of the crucial challenges of becoming a successful entrepreneur lies in coming up with the right idea.

The student ideas will be evaluated by the Metamorphosis team and will be given precise and meticulous reviews to enhance the quality of the idea. 

Tools of Market Validation & Customer Demographics

As students move further into the course, they will use various forms and tools of market validation as part of taking their idea further. The students will be taught ‘SWOT Analysis’, ‘Competitor Analysis’, ‘Competitor Analysis’, ‘Customer Demographics’, and ‘Willingness to Pay’.

Business Modelling & Break-Even Analysis

The students will be asked to implement the above-mentioned topics for their own ideas and that’s how they master the concepts. 
The course will guide students in coming up with their own business model in this particular session. The topics like ‘Importance of Business Model’, ‘Aggregator Model, Franchise Model’, ‘Service Oriented Model’, ‘Subscription Transactional Model’, ‘Acquisitive Model’, and ‘Product Oriented Model’ will be discussed with the students. 

Business Terminologies & Fundraising

In this part of the session, the students will dive deep into the business terminologies such as ‘Legal – Copyright, Trademark, Patent’, ‘Finance – Fixed Cost, Variable Cost’, ‘Marketing – 4P’s of Marketing’, ‘Human Resource – Organizational Structure’, and ‘Pitch Deck’. 

The students will be given an opportunity to pitch their ideas to the industrial experts by the end of the course – Young Entrepreneurs Classroom.
