- Should be Loyal to the users
- Math Intelligence Level : +75%
- Science Intelligence Level : +60%
- Computer Science Intelligence Level : +97.5%
- Shouldn’t be Isolated and should reply within deadline
- Should be Angry with small changes
- Shouldn’t ask for more control
The Places for hiring :
- CTO : Chief Technological Officer – Takes Decisions with new tech products
- CFO : Chief Technological Officer – Advises the CEO and other chiefs
- Manager : Manages the new employees
- MCE : Multi-Company Employee – Gives Assistance and creates designs on Impile.
Coming to the Income / Share…
Every Employee starts with 0% Income…
Every move they do towards the betterment of the company, As per as their role, It will increase. Here is the move Amount.- CTO : 1% / Move
- CFO : 1.25% / Move
- Manager : 0.80% / Move
- MCE : 0.60% Move
The rules are kept strict so that a member cannot access more than they work, The more they work, The higher the share they’ll receive with extra bonus of 2-3%.
How do we use our Income?
25% : Employees
20% : Owner / Founder
10% : App Development
15% : Website Development
20% : HQ Funding
